RANGE OF SERVICES AND PROCESS
1. FEASIBILITY EVALUATION
During an initial analysis of your investment idea, we will evaluate the basic feasibility of the project.
2. PREPARE THE BASIC DOCUMENTS
We will then prepare the basic documents required (fact sheet, term sheet – AIF presentation) with you.
3. APPROACH SERVICE PROVIDERS
On the basis of the documents for the investment idea, we will approach service providers at Luxembourg’s financial centre in confidence and request indicative prices which we will then compare and evaluate.
4. RECOMMENDATION OF PREFERRED SERVICE PROVIDERS
We will then supply you with a list of recommendations (shortlist) of preferred service providers and hold final talks with the defined service providers alongside you.
6. PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS
We will conduct the subsequent project management for the coordination of the service providers as well as the coordination of the processes and contracts to start the structure and the licensing process with the financial supervision authority, acting as the link for the service providers and you.
7. LEGAL & FISCAL ADVICE
We will place legal and fiscal advice for the structure in the hands of professionals and coordinate this work for the structure.
9. PROVISION OF AN “INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR”
Subject to your acceptance and the approval of the competent financial supervision authority, the SiBeM Capital Partners Director’s Office can also provide an “independent director” with a mandate within the structure depending on aspects of governance and fiscal substance requirements.
